Important Notes:

  • - Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e.: tables, chairs, canopies, etc.
  • - All fees are non-refundable except in the instance of cancellation for rain/weather, where a full refund of $25.00 for the space only will be provided upon request.
  • - No electricity or running water is available.
  • - We reserve the right to censor any booth.
  • - Vendors are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations for all applicable jurisdictions.
  • - Vendors are responsible for furnishing insurance and/or maintaining an insurance policy, the coverage of which must include this event.
  • SET UP TIME: Vendors can begin set up at 10 AM. The event runs from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Break down is 4:00 PM sharp. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

Pricing is as follows:
$25 - vendor signup with one representative
$5 - each additional vendor representative*
*Note: Space is limited so please limit to 4 total per vendor - additional attendees beyond the limit should sign up on the regular registration page.

Terms and Conditions
  • - Vendors must provide their own equipment i.e.: tables, chairs, canopies, etc.

Unrequested refunds will be taken as donations and will not be applied to a future event, unless there is a specific make-up event scheduled; such donations will be tax deductible if and as allowed by law.

  • The Darren Drake Foundation, the New Milford Elks club, and any and all affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the Darren Drake Foundation Scholarship Walk / Fundraiser Event. Your attendance and/or participation in the event is AT YOUR OWN RISK; by completing your registration, you are affirming that you agree to these terms and conditions, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Darren Drake Foundation and its agents and affiliates (including but not limited to trustees, board members, and volunteers), or the New Milford Elks club and its agents and affiliates (including but not limited to trustees, board members, and volunteers), and will have no recourse against the aforementioned parties. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the Darren Drake Foundation, the New Milford Elks club, and any and all affiliates, and may change without advance notice.
